Mr. Taieb Chetitah is a highly experienced lawyer with over 11 years of experience practicing law in Algeria. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila and went on to obtain a Certificate of Professional Competency for Lawyers from Mohamed Khider University of Biskra. Taieb continued his education and obtained a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Zian Ashour University of Djelfa.
Upon completing his training period with a highly qualified discrimination lawyer, Taieb started his legal career and practiced law in his private office. He has been accredited to the judicial councils, administrative courts, the State Council, as well as the Supreme Court as a discrimination lawyer. He has extensive expertise in civil law, commercial law, insurance and banking law, labor law, family law, and criminal law, as well as administrative law.
Taieb has worked as a legal advisor for the National Insurance Company SAA, and as a legal advisor and lawyer for the National Fund for Savings and Reserves CNEP in Algeria. He was also a first-class consultant in international commercial arbitration and a member of the Mediterranean Committee for Arbitration and Mediation based in France.
Furthermore, Taieb has completed several courses to enhance his expertise, including the International Commercial Arbitration Consultant course in Investment Contracts and International Trade from the American Central University of California, and the International Arbitration Consultant course in Petroleum Contracts, also from the American Central University of California. With his extensive knowledge and experience in various areas of law, Taieb Chetitah is a remarkably skilled lawyer.
