Mr Mohamed Khalifa completed his legal studies at Cairo University in Egypt in 1996. He holds a master’s degree in public and private law and a PhD researcher in civil law.
He worked as a legal advisor for investment and health care funds at the Egyptian Tax Authority through his private office and was a consultant to many private companies.
Then he moved to the State of Qatar to work as a certified trainer in the Qatari Ministry of Interior and worked as a legal specialist at the Qatari Ministry of Interior.
Participated in the drafting of many Qatari draft laws and mechanisms of joint action with the various authorities in the country.
He worked as a freelance lawyer, negotiator and international arbitrator from his private office during the period extending from 1997 and still runs it now.
Mr Mohamed Khalifa is distinguished by his extensive experience in many fields of law, including civil, criminal, administrative…etc.
